I agree with the suggestion for the three <draw:area-*> elements.

Question about the uniqueness of names.

For <draw:a> and <text:a>, we say that the names do not need to be unique.

Is the office:name value non-unique for <draw:area-circle>, <draw:area-rectangle>, <draw:area-polygon>, <office:dde-source>, and <text:dde-connection-decl>? We don't say.

I assume for <office:annotation> and <office:annotation-end> there is an implied uniqueness constraint.

We need to say which one applies in each case.
