Subject: [OASIS Issue Tracker] Commented: (OFFICE-1684) Editor Note: Section17.362 number:format-source attribute

    [ http://tools.oasis-open.org/issues/browse/OFFICE-1684?page=com.atlassian.jira.plugin.system.issuetabpanels:comment-tabpanel&focusedCommentId=12760#action_12760 ]

Eike Rathke commented on OFFICE-1684:
-------------------------------------

True, we don't have this for <number:week-of-year>. I guess it would be nice to have for completeness, but it's too late now, isn't it?
Other opinions?

Regarding one digit for hour, minute and second: note that it says "displayed using at least one digit", which of course for values >9 would not display only one digit.

> Ed. Note We omit <number:week-of-year> from this formatting. I am not sure that using only one digit for hour, minute and second really qualifies as a "short" format. If it is 12 AM or PM and we only display "1" or "2", that sounds more incorrect to me than "short."
