Subject: [OASIS Issue Tracker] Commented: (OFFICE-1600) Editor Note: Section17.226 draw:text-path-allowed

    [ http://tools.oasis-open.org/issues/browse/OFFICE-1600?page=com.atlassian.jira.plugin.system.issuetabpanels:comment-tabpanel&focusedCommentId=12899#action_12899 ]

Michael Brauer commented on OFFICE-1600:
----------------------------------------

Proposal (which does not use the term font work):

The |draw:text-path-allowed| attribute specifies if it is allowed to render text along or between
lines that are specified by the |draw:enhanced-path| attribute so that graphic attributes such as
fill, shadow and or line styles can be applied.

> Editor Note: Section 17.226 draw:text-path-allowed

> Section 17.226 draw:text-path-allowed
> Ed. Note We don't define Fontwork object.
> Sven Jacobi suggests that Fontwork object (which is co-extensive with draw:enhanced-path) is the counterpart of Microsoft "WordArt."
> Sven Jacobi also suggests: "The draw:text-path-allowed attribute specifies if it is allowed to
> render text of the shape using the draw:enhanced-path attribute, or if only
> the normal text engine should be used."
> Patrick: Fine by me but I am still troubled that we don't define "Fontwork."
