Not quite ready with the language just yet but do want to point out that we will also need to consider what to say in 8.3.4 <table:highlighted-range> which specifies a cell range that is "highlighted" due to a <table:operation>. 

The use of the term "highlighted" I think is mis-leading. What it should mean is that the UI chooses some method to indicate to the user the relationships defined by the <table:operation> element or error/invalid data. 

To say "highlight" implies a particular means for doing that. 

Fixing the attribute will also have an impact on 8.3.3 <table:operation>

I think this is doable but suspect I am too tired tonight to put it all together.
