Because we are not automatically including all fo attributes but only fo 
attributes where this has been explicitly proposed, this seems not an 
oversight.

Given that we have stopped the discussion and inclusion of new features 
for ODF 1.2 some time ago, deferring this to ODF-Next seems to be the 
correct action. But it is important that you enter an issue for this in 
JIRA, to make sure that this is actually discussed for ODF-Next.
