Subject: [OASIS Issue Tracker] Commented: (OFFICE-1522) 19.352style:text-align-source incomplete
[ http://tools.oasis-open.org/issues/browse/OFFICE-1522?page=com.atlassian.jira.plugin.system.issuetabpanels:comment-tabpanel&focusedCommentId=16302#action_16302 ] Eike Rathke commented on OFFICE-1522: ------------------------------------- This is about the alignment of cell content. As any content, including results of a calculated formula, at the end results in a display string, a numeric value being displayed as a sequence of digits and separators for example, we were talking about text alignment. For the value 'fix' the content's value-type does not matter, the display text is aligned as given by fo:text-align of the cell style. For the value 'value-type' the alignment of the display text is determined according to the cell content's value-type. Hope that clarifies. > 19.352 style:text-align-source incomplete > ----------------------------------------- > > Key: OFFICE-1522 > URL: http://tools.oasis-open.org/issues/browse/OFFICE-1522 > Project: OASIS Open Document Format for Office Applications (OpenDocument) TC > Issue Type: Bug > Components: Text > Affects Versions: ODF 1.2 > Reporter: Andreas Guelzow > Assignee: Eike Rathke > Priority: Minor > Fix For: ODF 1.2 > > > 19.352 style:text-align-source states that "If the value is value-type, the text alignment depends on the value-type of the cell." It fails to state what the dependency is. > Gnumeric has a default alignment that aligns text "left" and everything else "right". > OOo appears to do the same with perhaps "right" replaced with "end" and "lelft" with "start". > I suspect that this is intended here. -- This message is automatically generated by JIRA. - If you think it was sent incorrectly contact one of the administrators: http://tools.oasis-open.org/issues/secure/Administrators.jspa - For more information on JIRA, see: http://www.atlassian.com/software/jira
