Subject: Re: [office] ODF 1.2 Part 1 Public Review Ballot Motion
Hi everyone, The TC approved a standing rule a couple of months ago as follows: "In accordance with OASIS Technical Committee Process 2.13, the OASIS ODF TC will allow motions to open electronic ballots to be made, seconded and discussed on the TC's mailing list." That allows the motion to be made. All electronic ballots must be conducted by the Kavi electronic ballot system and not in emails.
