Subject: Motion for OpenDocument v1.2 Committee Draft/Public Review Ballot

Dear TC members,

it seems that we have now all specification drafts and schemas available
for approving them as a single CD, and for submitting them for a public
review. I therefore make a motion for the followoing electronic
ballot:

Shall the OASIS OpenDocument TC approve the following specification
documents and schemas as a (one) Committee Draft 05, and shall that
Committee Draft be send out for a 60-day Public Review:

* OpenDocument v1.2 Part 1 CD04 Rev 05
http://www.oasis-open.org/committees/download.php/37768/OpenDocument-v1.2-part1-cd04-rev05.odt

* OpenDocument v1.2 Part 1 CD04 Rev 04 Schema Files
http://www.oasis-open.org/committees/download.php/37726/OpenDocument-v1.2-part1-cd04-rev04-schemas.zip

* OpenDocument v1.2 Part 2 CD02 Rev 05
http://www.oasis-open.org/committees/download.php/37766/OpenDocument-v1.2-part2-cd02-rev05.odt

* OpenDocument v1.2 Part 3 CD01 Rev 04
http://www.oasis-open.org/committees/download.php/37694/OpenDocument-v1.2-part3-cd1-rev04.odt

* OpenDocument v1.2 Part 3 CD01 Rev 03 Schema Files
http://www.oasis-open.org/committees/download.php/37666/OpenDocument-v1.2-part3-cd1-rev03-schemas.zip

Shall further the external stakeholders listed below being
notified regarding the public review?

- OASIS ODF Interoperability and Conformance TC,
- OASIS ODF Adoption TC,
- JTC1/SC34.

Shall further from the three versions of the specification documents
(ODF, PDF and HTML) that will be produced after approval as committee
draft the ODF versions be the authoritative ones?

Best regards

Michael
