A new draft should be ready before the next SC34/WG6 meeting. * ODF 1.2 Part 1,2 and 3 Status For part 1 there is one single issue, which is not relevant for a public review. For part2 there are two open issues. OFFICE-2210 is already resolved, only the status has to be updated. OFFICE-2226 can be resolved today. For part 3, there are three open issues. One is a production error in the HTML version of part 3. It only needs to be ensured that the error does not appear in the next HTML version. One is regarding digital signatures. There was consensus to review that during the public review. OFFICE-2259 may be kept open for now. The application of the remaining resolved issues may be finished tomorrow. An electronic ballot for approving all three parts as a single CD and for sending the to a public review may be started this week. The version number of the combined CD has to be clarified with OASIS (AI for Michael). The version number is not required to start the ballot. * Digital Signatures Digital signatures shall be discussed during the public review. It has to be ensured that JIRA issues do exist for the issues that were identified regarding digital signatures. When useful, the TC may schedule ad-hoc calls for discussion of digital signatures, or may found a separate SC. * The meeting was adjourned at 4:20pm CET -- Michael Brauer, Technical Architect Software Engineering StarOffice/OpenOffice.org Sun Microsystems GmbH Nagelsweg 55 D-20097 Hamburg, Germany michael.brauer@sun.com http://sun.com/staroffice +49 40 23646 500 http://blogs.sun.com/GullFOSS Sitz der Gesellschaft: Sun Microsystems GmbH, Sonnenallee 1, D-85551 Kirchheim-Heimstetten Amtsgericht Muenchen: HRB 161028 Geschaeftsfuehrer: Jürgen Kunz
