Hi Rob,

  I'm not sure which question you're asking. My comment was only that, of course, comments received from TC Members during the public review must also be considered and aren't to be ignored.

  If you're asking about the disposition log, yes, must still produce one and I believe this can be done by creating a JIRA report that notes each comment, the submitter, a brief description, and the resolution.
