Liason report to SC34 -- Need update on 1.1 Errata, ODF 1.2 PAS and ODF 1.3

SC34 is having their next Plenary in London,
 on October 19th.  We should send them an update in the form
of a liaison report.

I'll revise our previous report [1]
to include updates on three topics of interest:

-- Progress on ODF 1.1 Errata.  Dennis,
could you give a short update for this, since you are taking the lead on
this? 

-- ODF 1.2 PAS.  I'll write up
a brief update for this.  We have made some progress.  I just
received the ZIP RER this week, so we can now more forward.

-- ODF 1.3.  We have WD's posted
now, and have made progress on deciding on a general direction for change
tracking.  Any other things to mention?


I'd like to send this out by the end
of next week, so if you have additional items to include, please send along.
