This is one of the little occasions, where it is valid to repeat..

It was a real pleasure to have you as chair, Rob. Your focused TC
meetings were always an archetype for me. I thank you as well that you
stay with us so we are not loosing you as valuable source of technical
experience and ISO/OASIS regulation details ;)

And last but not least, it is great that Oliver is going to step in.
Although it might be hard to fit in your shoes (so it will be for any
successor), he surely will succeed by not imitating you, but playing out
his own advantages.
