Regina's term proposal

Greetings!

I have attached Regina's terms proposal to bring it back to your
attention and to ask if any vendors have similar documentation for their
formats.

Thinking if we can use the most common terms with the most common
meaning we will be helping users as well as implementers (who have to
answer support calls).
