PGPAlgorithm?

Greetings!

While preparing for our discussion tomorrow, I noticed:

name="manifest:PGPAlgorithm"> + <rng:ref name="anyURI"/>

While true that anyURI is correct, isn't there a defined URI for
PGPAlgorithm?

Not my area so I wanted to ask.
