OFFICE-3667 Whitespace between FunctionName and opening parentheses of parameter list

Hi all,

The issue is about disallowing whitespace between function name and 
opening parentheses. The resolution was to adapt the BNF and remove the 
whitespace there. But actually the whitespace between function name and 
opening parentheses is still there and instead the whitespace at start 
of an expression is removed.

And as Michael already commented in the issue, the status of the issue 
is still "open".

Please put OFFICE-3667 on the next agenda.
