Subject: Re: TC process question - error in schema
Thanks Chet!
Patrick
Hey Patrick -Â
Well, we do not replace files once they are published on docs.oasis-open.org. That is,Âhttp://docs.oasis-open.org/office/OpenDocument/v1.3/cs01/
But, is this a non-material change?Âhttps://www.oasis-open.org/policies-guidelines/oasis-defined-terms-2018-05-22#dNonmaterialChangeÂIf so, then the way forward is to prepare a complete new package incorporating the change, include a record of the change, and then request a Special Majority Vote to approve the draft as a Committee Specification with non-material changes, as spelled out here ->Âhttps://www.oasis-open.org/resources/tcadmin/approving-a-committee-specification-or-note-draft-with-non-material-changes
That way, you can go directly to CS02 and move forward from there.Â

Chet,
I have been negligent in not asking sooner but we have an error in the
manifest RNG file as detailed by:
https://issues.oasis-open.org/browse/OFFICE-4046
It really needs to be fixed, quickly, before we proceed beyond CS.
What is the quickest way to reach that outcome? It is clearly
topographical in nature and I'm inclined to just replace the file.
Thanks!
Hope you are having a great day!
Patrick
