Hi Regina

Thank you very much for your comments in OFFICE-4084. I have tried to address these. A new draft of Part 2 is now committed to the OFFICE-4084 branch on GitHub. 

We perhaps need to discuss which styles are needed because some automated processes expect to find them, but which are not needed for formatting purposes, e.g. 'Default Style' (other than as a template style) and 'History'. See my detailed response to your comment in OFFICE-4084.

The spacing between paragraphs is better now. But there are still problems, see issue OFFICE-4084.
