The spacing problem in the HTML version for heading â2.2.1 OpenDocument Documentâ is caused by a rogue character style âDefinitionâ applied to the space between âOpenDocumentâ and âDocumentâ. I believe that there is only one occurrence in Part 3. The character style should be âDefâ.
