How is determined where the number of the placeholder ends and text begins? Is {color:#00875a}{{%10|}}{color} a placeholder {{{color:#00875a}%10{color}}} followed be {color:#00875a}{{|}}{color} or is it placeholder {{{color:#00875a}%1{color}}} followed by {{{color:#00875a}0|{color}}}?

I miss the relationship to 19.803 text:display-levels and 19.804 text:display-outline-level. What is if the placeholder numbers in the string are not sequential? Or what is displayed by a format string {color:#00875a}{{%1Â%2.%3}}{color} if the first level is omitted, is {color:#00875a}{{Â7.a}}{color} or {color:#00875a}{{7.a}}{color} shown for example?

For a numbering with "A, B, C" for level 1, "1, 2, 3" for level 2 and "a, b, c" for level 3, will in a RTL context, the format string {{{color:#00875a}%1Â%2.%3{color}}} produce {color:#00875a}{{AÂ1.a}}{color} or {color:#00875a}{{a.1ÂA}}{color} ?
