Notes from the ODF TC teleconference on Nov. 15, 2020 follow below.

Patrick: item: Appendix bidirection text at the end of ODF 1.3
Patrick: Regina - appendix has description of what attributes do - should be in the normative description of the attributes
Patrick: Michael, we could make the appendix normative and use pointers. Only want to discuss E.1 here.
Patrick: Regina - moving is not sufficient, we need to see exactly what the text says and make it clearer.
Patrick: Proposal: Agree to move E.1 into normative text as appropriate and Regina will create a proposal for doing so.
Patrick: proposal agreed to by consent
Patrick: Regina - will make a proposal for general - page for paragraph isn't the same as page for graphic -
Patrick: Regina will create an issue and attach a propsal to it.

Patrick: Accepted by consent - to delete contents of Appendix G - without change tracking
