2. STATUS OF ACTION ITEMS
  #0015 Template Scenarios. No progress
#0041 Battery of ODF 1.2 Assessment Documents. no report
#0044 Split up Advisory 00002 - Dennis updated an intermediate draft with missing supporting rationale and is continuing
#0046 Update Advisory 00007 - easy to do, still no progress yet

3. DELIVERABLES / TEST CASES

3.1 Other Interop Advisories

The advisories that are not yet candidates:

#00002 in progress
#00007 pending
#00008 has more test documents on digital signatures. There needs to be some affirmative test that the documents that fail for so many consumers are actually correct and pass someone's consumer software. The ODF Toolkit release that supports digital signatures may be the first opportunity.
#00009 no progress

Bart encouraged those who have ideas for other scenarios and advisories to start something.

3.2 Second "State of Interoperability" Report

No discussion beyond consideration possible capture of information from the next plugfest

3.3 Other Deliverables

None were discussed.

4. ODF EVENTS

4.1 ODF Plugfest, April 19-20, 2012, <http://www.odfplugfest.org>

There has been a recent call and another is scheduled for 2012-04-05. The program is updated. More test scenarios are still desired. The OIC goal is to learn more information to bring back for advisories and the next Interop report.

4.2 Other events

Don Harbison mentioned that there are Apache Bar Camps in various places and that those might be places where Apache OpenOffice and the Apache ODF Toolkit projects might have birds-of-feather events as well as invitation to expand communities. It was not discussed how OIC and OASIS might also have presence. There are discussions underway concerning both a European and a North American ApacheCon, but nothing is solid at this point.

5. ROUND TABLE

Don Harbison commented that an Apache OpenOffice 3.4 Release Candidate is imminent and that would be brought to the Plugfest if available.

6. FUTURE MEETING PLANNING

The next call will be on 2012-04-18 at 1330 UTC. This will be one day before the April 19-20 Plugfest. Bart expects that there will be sufficient availability for the call.

Respectfully submitted,

Dennis E. Hamilton, OIC TC Secretary
