Hi Jamie,
Way back when you helped us develop initialÂSamvera Bylaws, we had a note that when we begin requiring Partner dues, we will need to update the Bylaws with languageÂabout those required dues. This is the first year with required dues so we are ready to change the Bylaws.
Do you have some common language we can use to add this? Carolyn has added some language to this proposal but we wanted to see what you think is best:
