Thanks, Seleta.I thought I might have been looking at an older draft.

Thanks Andrew - making sure you have the right letter. I included a note about the six month and one year review at the conclusion of the compensation paragraph. I am looping in Cathie Mayo and Scott McGrath, who can assist with some of your other questions as well as Angela for her awareness. The one year piece may be left over from Jascha'sÂoriginalÂemployment letter. We do not need it for this one.
Scott and Cathie - Please meet Andrew Glass Hastings, our OMF ED candidate. He has some questions below that exceed my expertise. I'm hoping you can walk him through the answers.Â

Hi Seleta,
Thanks for sending!Overall this looks good, but I have a few clarifying questions because of the OODF dynamic. I just want to make sure I am clear on the employment terms and relationships.
- Legally will I be an employee of OODF or OMF? The letter implies I am employed by OMF, but says OODF can terminate my employment without cause.- Can I see the contract or agreement between OODF and OMF and the âHost LC Operating Rules"?- What is the OODF Flexible Time Off policy? Am I being granted a defined amount of paid time off? If so, how much?- Do the benefits including medical, FTO, 401K, etc begin on the first day of employment?- Should the singing bonus be stated in the letter?- In #6 the letter says OODF can terminate my employment, but the first paragraph of the letter also states I report to the OMF Board. Can the OODF terminate employment over the direction of the OMF Board?Â- #6 also states that any changes in this employment agreement must be appoved by the OODF Board. Does this mean any future salary changes must be approved by the OMF Board AND are subject to approval by the OODF Board? What if the OODF Board disagrees?- The letter does not include anything about the 6-month performance review we discussed.-ÂIn #7 the letter states a 90-day probation period. What does this mean?ÂSince the position is at-will to begin with, why is a âprobation periodâ defined?- In #7 the letter states that OODF has been informed by OMF Board that it intends to "engage you for a term of twelve monthsâ.ÂWhy is this time period stated?
Thanks for helping with these clarifications!I appreciate your time. Thanks,AGH
