Ok, I will have to reverse their revenue as it was booked in April when they submitted their membership application.Â

The date of the signed agreement is the date the membership starts.Â

As for your request, I apologize I did not see it. But unfortunately no, the FaaS fee is due upfront so weÂ

would not be able to honor the requestÂat this time. The payment was made on 6/23/2023.

Also, I made a request to you and Scott to have the $50K FaaS fee payment split over two payments but I never got a response, and I noted the last monthly report states the entire amount had been paid. Can you give me an update here?
