andrew is pushing to be signatory to at least some agreements - member agreements, sponsorshipÂ(incoming revenue) as the "face of the organization".Â He has recently quietly signed at least one contractual spend agreement of which we were not aware until the invoices started to appear.Â SoÂ we do need to amplify this issue with him and his board.Â I'm certain they've been so removed from such matters alongÂthe way, they don'tÂknow to ask and they don'tknowÂif thetyÂshould be concenred.
