I've requested that information & will send it along as soon as it's available - Guy can also provide a bit more context. I know one of the primary goals getting started is sourcing qualified, diverse candidates with backgrounds in open standards work. These BoD members would work with our Executive Director and two existing OASIS board members from the EU to initialize our activities in the new organization. If it would be interesting to this group, I would love to invite Dr. Carol Cosgrove-Sacks to a future call to talk about how we're seeing "open source to open standards" evolve at the de jure level, and how we see this new EU OASIS fitting in.
