Request General Consensus on the SLPF

Actuator Profile Subcommittee, 

Recall that there will be an AP-SC dial in tomorrow at 13:00 eastern.  The SLPF has undergone two votes as a Committee Specification Draft. Please let me know if you cannot get to the googledoc and I will send it to you via other means. 

Request that you review the current draft and provide your assessment as to whether or not the SLPF is in a state such that it can be submitted as a Committee Specification.  If there are any issues, would like to have them addressed in tomorrow's meeting.  In a perfect world, I would like to send a notice to the TC as a whole requesting a review for consideration as a CS.
