IC-SC Members:ÂÂI have three set of approvals for PR85 (thanks @sfractal, @bberliner, @Toby Considine). I'm going to apply PR85 to the working branch and start creating another PR for date / version updates and other minor editorial changes. The HTTPS spec is nearly ready for the next CSD / PRD ballot.
