Minutes of the LSC conf-call on 4/14

Present: Jeff, Martin, Ashok, Anish, Mike, Michael, Bryan, Dave, Sanjay

a. Latest/This Version URI for Schema/WSDL files
   General consensus about naming and URL for the schema files.
Suggestion was made to adopt the currently followed convention (by SCA
Policy, etc, TCs) of including the [tcShortName] in the URL for the
prose specifications.

   Action: Sanjay to post an updated proposal that reflects the
currently used convention of including the [tcShortName] in the URL for
prose specifications. 
   Action: Jeff to follow up with Mary for her feedback/approval

b. Namespace for bindings and other extension points

   Action: Michael to post his proposal to the LSC mailing list.

Next call: next week (4/21) at same time (8 AM Pacific)
