Title: Draft Revised LSC Charter for tracking the status of OpenCSA TCs

Dear OpenCSA Steering Committee,

In acting upon the action item assigned to me on the OpenCSA Steering Committee's meeting on 5/9 [1], I have drafted (see attached) a revision of the LSC charter to include within the LSC's scope a new work item for tracking and periodically reporting to the OpenCSA Steering Committee (SC) the status and schedule of all the OpenCSA Technical Committees.

If there are no objections to the proposed revision of the LSC charter, we (SC) could conduct an electronic ballot for approval of the same. If the ballot passes, the SC could notify the LSC about the new work item in their charter.
