The key factor is communication, communication and communication.

Endusers *find* problems and report them, typically to the
vendor/implementor, awaiting a solution.

If the enduser is experienced enough, he can also *inform* the TC/OIC to
make sure the problem is documented. He should never expect direct
solutions, he is merely "helping his neighbours".

Now the implementors can look at the list of known problems and
coordinate a common approach.

This is the proven, reöliable way. It is based on communication. The
Plugfest has shown how it works.
