As Tatsuki sent it by e-mail previously, he captured
a generic e-auction use case and explained how reputation
used in e-auction sites.

From the research Tatsuki has done so far, there is no information
about interoperability of reputation data though there is lots of information
about reputation systems(empirical analysis of existing reputation systems
such as eBay, design aspects, prototype systems such as Sporas and Histos).

Since luck of information of reputation interop, it is difficult to
extract requirements from real examples. The TC probably has to
figure out "assumed requirements" for reputation interop and add
the assumption into use cases.

In the e-auction case, Amazon tried to import reputation data from eBay;
however, eBay refused it and insisted their reputation data is proprietary.
Since then, no reputation interop has been achieved by e-commerce players.
Some researchers believe that luck of interop is one of obstacles for further
innovation for using reputation data.

The spec might have to be written without inputs based on factual information.
The spec outline should be discussed in the next meeting.
