Hi Mani,

Volatility of parameters in ORMS format is a good point.
It seems to me that ORMS should support a caching mechanism
to efficiently update it not choke a bandwith.
Should this be in the scope?

It is also up to the data provider how often update ranking
data in a ORMS file.
