Subject: Minutes 20190110

        â        QM status
        â        Do QM shape changes
â        Answer all questions and Initiate Open Project
â        Get OSLC 2.0 spec URLs redirected to the archive.open-services.netdocuments.
For the domain home page: https://open-services.net/specifications/quality-management-2.0/index.htmlwould redirect to https://archive.open-services.net/specifications/quality-management-2.0/index.html

For the specs: https://open-services.net/bin/view/Main/QmSpecificationV2.htmlwould redirect to https://archive.open-services.net/bin/view/Main/QmSpecificationV2.html

Gabriel Fernandes <gabriel.fernandes@koneksys.com> did all the redirects for the namespace vocabularies.  He also did some of the domain specification migrations.

â        Get all OSLC specs published on OASIS
â        QM - needs my vocab and shape changes, then submit for public review
â        TRS - needs Nick's updated content an a published working draft
â        Config Management - needs a published working draft
â        Does Open Project have any flexibility or differences in how TC meeting notes are captured and published, and how will the documents be published by OASIS? Using the same naming conventions?
The Open Project Technical Steering Committee can determine how to manage achieving consensus: chat room, meeting minutes, and voting are not required. Query sent to Carol
