Chet,
Andrew seems to think that the change can be done without going through formal process. Is this possible?

Hello,
Sorry for not keeping with a discussion, caught a bit of a cold. I have no objections, I think this change could be done even without a vote. Not a single character that is rendered in the PDF or in the browser will change, only a link anchor will be capitalized.
I think errata process is what we have to go through because we unfortunately pushed defective HTMLs to OASIS Standard already.

ï Chet,
As you can see in my note to Andrew, we discussed possible resolutions at our TC today and decided to use the process of non-material change to CS. Unless Andrew objets, we will create a request to do special majority vote for that.

Andrew,
Our TC discussed your comment today. Even though we think this is an issue that applies to other OSLC spec documents, we decided to go ahead to fix it for PROMCODE. The fix is to change the section tag of each resource shape with ID attribute value with a resource
name with capital letters such as IssueCollection. As mentioned to you before, the current value has all lower case name. We modified a local html file with the change and it works fine. We will need Paulâs help to ensure that it works with the file in the
OASIS library. We will do this change as an non-material change to the Committee Specification.
Please let us know if you are fine with our resolution so that we can start the non-material change process.
Regards,
Tom Kamimura
