The meeting will be held in the Blackbird conference room, 2^nd floor of Hewlett-Packard building G, 1160 Enterprise Way Sunnyvale CA 94089.  Surface parking and a large parking garage are available adjacent to building G.  Upon arrival, please sign in and obtain a temporary name badge at the main lobby in HP building F, 1140 Enterprise Way.  Signs and an HP escort will guide you to the meeting room in building G.

Dial-in conference calling details will be provided. 

Other details to be provided closer to meeting date. 

This meeting counts towards voter eligibility.
