Hi Dennis - I believe the problem is people are doing a reply-to-all to Bob's dialin information email. Bob, perhaps you could bcc those emails, so that reply-to-all would not go anywhere? Then encouraging people to do follow-up to the main alias? I completely understand why the dialin is sent off list, but understand the need for other conversations to be archived.
