Modified PKCS 11 TC bi-weekly concall

        hi -

in our PKCS 11 TC call this week, we'll (probably) consider a motion to initiate a Special Majority Ballot to promote the v2.40 docs to Committee Specs / Note. I'll send a draft motion prior to the meeting.  We will not be able to request the OASIS membership review at the same time, so we will not be voting on Statements of Use in this call.

We'll also discuss the items for a PKCS #11 v2.41 or v2.50.
