Proposal for a new EC key generation mechanism

Hi all,

This is a reminder that there is a new proposal for a new EC key generation mechanism up for review.

 

The mechanism specifically uses the key generation method defined in FIPS 186-4 Appendix B.4.1, which uses “extra bits”.
