Activity Methods

There is currently no capability covering Activity_method. This is one area where we do need guidance as there are two quite different approaches, one based on subtyping Activity_method, the other through Activity_method_realization. Nigel's late subtyping of Task and Scheme to Activity_method has added to the fun.

I'd volunteer as I know the area, but Task is such a big task that I cannot see myself getting there soon.

Any capability trying to schedule activities will need this, especially DEX 4.
