Changes to capability templates

I have made a number of changes to the XSL that displays the templates.

Basically a number of checks have been implemented that will test that:

a) the syntax is correct

b) the EXRESS is valid i.e. the entities exist, the attributes exist, the values assigned to attributes are valid

c) Check that the parameters references in a template path have been defined.

In addition, hyperlinks have been setup for each entity/attribute in the path

I have also provided a tabular summary of the express entities and attributes used in the template paths.

This is useful to when checking that the attributes fo the entity have been populated.

Note – that for debugging purposes, the template path is displayed twice – once with no parsing, and then with parsing. Once I am confident that all the bugs have been removed, I will remove the duplication.
