Access rights to DEXlib as a developer

We now have a large number of people who have developer rights to dexlib.

In order to ensure that folks can only change stuff for which they are responsible, I have modified CVS so that only nominated users can change various directories.

All developers can still read dexlib (i.e. cvs update will work as normal), however a CVS commit is only possible if you have sufficient rights.

The attached spreadsheet shows who has what rights – please contact me if you disagree with the allocation of rights

The only two business DEX projects that have access rights set up are: LOGSA and TLSS

If anyone requires rights in the other project please tell what rights are required.

I believe that I have set this up correctly …….. PLEASE shout if you cannot access parts of the repository which you think you should be able to.
