Is this statement literally the only case or should it be re-worded to

All reference data used in the instantiation path are defined in the developer-draft, public-review-draft, committe-draft or committee-specification owl files within scope of the URI: http://docs.oasis-open.org/plcs/plcs-std-rdl

 

Conceptual Impact: The reference data is now organized differently than before (e.g. plcs-registered). The checklist question should ask if it is present in any of the developer-draft, public-review-draft, committe-draft or committee-specification owl files.

 

Case in question: assigning_identification_with_no_organization uses the reference data 'Organization_name'. The DEXLIB browser finds multiple listings of this item in different files belonging to various developers and within the different owl stages within the scope of URI: http://docs.oasis-open.org/plcs/plcs-std-rdl - but not explicitly within the owl file named in the checklist.

 

Case Impact: To comply with the statement, if assigning_identification_with_no_organization needs to add the reference data to a now defunct file system.

 

Proposal: Modify the checklist statement as proposed above.

 

If there are no objections, I will assume that this is acceptable, close the issue & ask that the checklist be modified immediately (by the checklist authors).
