PLCS AP ballot result

Good news and bad news.

 

The DIS ballot on AP239 has passed, but not with the necessary 100% non-negative votes - we received a "no" vote from Germany, which appears to be based on the number of global rules required.  The exact text of the comments will not be available until the ballot is processed by ISO tomorrow, and the SC4 secretariat and chair can access the results.

 

Unless we can resolve the German comment and achieve a reversal of the vote, we will have to go to an FDIS ballot - processing time plus two months ballot time.
