     OASIS is sponsoring a day of the late Spring IDEAlliance event
formerly called XML Europe, and now dubbed XTECH, on 24 May 2005 in
Amsterdam.    Data here:
http://www.xtech-conference.org/2005/oasisosd.asp.  Historically it's
been a very reliable conclave of EU-based e-business XML cognoscenti for
us.  Several of our key committees will be presenting, as you can see at

that URI.   I would love to see PLCS represented by a talk there.  Any
