Subject: RE: [plcs] FAQ - ISO 15926 and OWL
Agree
in principle but would suggest that it be presented the other way round
:
PLCS reference
data is represented using the Web Ontology Language (OWL). Further information
on can be found at: http://www.w3.org/2004/OWL/. This
approach to reference data has been influenced by the ideas from ISO 15926
(Integration of life-cycle data for process plants including oil and gas
production facilities). Further information on ISO 15926 can be found at http://www.posccaesar.com/ISO15926/iso15926.htm.
