eligible to become voting members at first meeting

The following list contains the names of those individuals who have registered to be a TC participant within the required timeframe to be eligible to vote at the first meeting, as long as they actually attend. Those who join the TC after 1 September 2010 or those who are listed below but do not attend the first meeting, will need to attend two consecutive meetings to gain voting rights.
