Objective 1.1: Establish improved privacy protection mechanisms.

 

FIPPs (Fair Information Practice Principles) are drawn from the

HEW (1973) report. Could use some updating.

 

Figure 4 shows the Identity Ecosystem (HIGH level), with multiple Trust Frameworks.

The PMRM would fit nicely here.
