Below is the text of the formal draft resolution for this week’s meeting, which will allow us to publish the updated committee draft as a new official draft and new 15-day public review, as provided in the OASIS
TC Process
Draft Resolution
“The PMRM TC notes the latest working draft published at:
https://www.oasis-open.org/apps/org/workgroup/pmrm/document.php?document_id=47593, prepared in response to comments received on the first public review of the committee specification draft of 12 April 2012. The TC notes that the issues raised during the
public review have been addressed and disposed of and are included as a matter of record at:
https://www.oasis-open.org/apps/org/workgroup/pmrm/download.php/47683/PMRM-Issues-2012-11-25.xlsx
“1. The PMRM TC resolves to adopt the PMRM Working Draft 05 of 29 November as a new Committee Specification Draft;
“2. The PMRM TC resolves to request publication of this draft as a new Committee Specification Public Review Draft, with a review period of 15 days, commencing 7 January 2013 or as soon thereafter
as possible.
“The TC notes, due to a formatting error in one of the .pdf files (the “CLEAN” version), that the authentic file is the .docx file and that a newly generated version of the .pdf will be forwarded
to TC Administration.
“The PMRM TC instructs the Chairs to forward these decisions, together with the draft minutes of the meeting, to the OASIS TC Administration for follow-up”
If these resolutions are passed, the next steps are:
- publication of a new public review and invitation for any further comments;
- TC editors will review any comments received early in the new year;
- if only minor editorial changes are received (or no comments are received at all), the TC can decide to proceed immediately with a request for a full TC ballot to approve the latest draft as a formal OASIS
Committee Specification;
- if the editors and the TC deem that any changes required are more substantial, a new revision will be prepared and a new public review called for.
