I motion we have a meeting for the 8th of November, that is if proposers of the group can contribute agenda items for discussion via the list by at least November 5th to help you put together the straw-man. 

 

Agenda item suggestion #1:  (As a method of clarifying among the comment group members)  Discussion and agreement of the suggested message of provisioning we are providing within our scope and introduction document.

As we ready ourselves for the November 12^th call, I’d like to start a process of discussion for the agenda.  If you have suggestions for this kick-off meeting, forward them to the group or directly to me.  I will pull together a straw-man and distribute to the list Monday 5^th. 

 

Is there support for a conference call this week? 

If not, I propose we postpone tomorrows call and arrange one for a week tomorrow (November 8^th) to finalize the agenda before the 12^th.
